With the HOLIDAYPASS (South Tyrol-Guestpass) you can get out and about in the natural and hikers’ paradise of the Val Pusteria-Pustertal Valley even without your car and use all forms of public transport throughout South Tyrol for nothing!
All prices shown are for a minimim staf of 3 night, subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 3,00 € per person per day (aged 14 and over).
Surcharge short day:

2 nights + 8 €
Reduction for children sleeping in parents' room
0 – 2,99 years 15,00 € per day
3 – 5,99 years 50%
6 – 12,99 years 40%
over 14 years 20%
Reduction for Bed & Breakfast: per day -20,00 €
Dogs (without board): per day 20,00 €. Please note that dogs are not allowed into the dining room.

Cancellation conditions and cancellation insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation we will charge the following charges.
In case of travel restrictions in connection with COVID-19, we grant a free cancellation period up to 3 days before the start of the trip.
- More than 20 days prior to arrival - free of charges
- 19 days to 3 days before arrival - 50% of booked value
- In the last 2 days before arrival - 100% of booked value
In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate.
With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered.

The day of arrival rooms are free starting from 2 p.m.
The day of departure rooms have to be left within 10 a.m.Payment: After our confirmation of the reservation we kindly request the credit card details or 20% deposit of the total. The deposit should take place by credit card or bank transfer to our bank account at:
